Do you provide dog waste removal services all year round?

Yes! Timely Scoops® provides dog waste removal services year-round! Even in the winter, we will still show up to provide services. In locations with snow, most of the waste that accumulates is still scoopable. We come out as soon as the roads are safe!

How do you ensure the safety of my dogs?

To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning, so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard. We also ensure all our employees are background checked, and drug tested.

What services does Timely Scoops® offer?

How much does Timely Scoops® charge per scoop?

To start service is a $40 minimum for the first initial service call plus the cost of service for the remaining scoops. Continuing service the following month voids the initial $40 minimum service call to start service. Timely Scoops® has pooper scooper service plans starting as low as $65 per month. However, pricing differentiates depending on the size of the yard, service frequency, optional deodorizer, and number of dogs. Most of our clients end up paying between $95 and $135 per month.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards; including, Apple Pay, Cashapp, Venmo and Cash.

Will Timely Scoops® clean my entire yard?

Timely Scoops® will clean any areas of your property that have dog waste issues, including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, etc.

How do you dispose of the dog waste after each cleanup?

Proper disposal is essential to environmental safety as dog poop is considered a hazardous material. At Timely Scoops®, we will double bag the waste and place it in each customer’s trash can or neatly on the side of their house.

Do I have to be home?

You do not have to be home for us to start service. However, we ask your dog(s) are secure in the house and you leave the gate unlocked.

Do you provide arrival windows for services?

No, we don’t provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time at midnight the day before services are completed to help keep costs low.

What happens if my dog is out when the technician shows up?

We love cleaning with good dogs in the yard! However, if an aggressive dog is left outside upon arrival, we will attempt to contact you by phone. If we are unable to reach you, we will return at the end of our route and make a courtesy call before attempting service again. If we are still unable to make contact a second time, the regular service fee will apply, and we will collect twice the waste on your next scheduled cleanup day. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and efficient service.

What happens if my gate is accidently locked?

Similarly, if your gate is locked upon arrival, we will follow the same process as if an aggressive dog is left out.

Can I request a certain cleanup day?

Yes, you can request a specific cleanup day. Not every cleanup day will be available in your area. With us being a new small business, we try to follow a strict fuel-efficient schedule! Most surrounding areas are zoned to be cleaned up on certain days throughout the week.

Will the technician confirm my gate is locked after service?

Yes. Even better, the Timely Scoops® technician will take and upload a photo of your closed gate (if applicable) and send it to the email on file, ensuring we’ve done our part in keeping your pets secure.

Do you do Move-In and Move Out yard scoops?

Yes! All Move-In and Move-Out full yard cleanups start at our $100 initial service call minimum + $75 per hour. Our technicians are trained to walk a property smoothly and efficiently. These stops are usually the last stop of the technician's route or scheduled on a Saturday by appointment only.

Can I cancel service?

Yes. As we don't like to answer this question! If there are any cleanups remaining, they will still be honored. Call the office number 937-819-6010 and we will take care of your request promptly or answer any issues that have occurred.
